Rosaura Zapata is a Hackfeminist, free software user/lover, self/collective-taught, digital editor, FS graphics, photographer, audiovisual maker, e.g. The Antimonumenta. She participates in collective self-managed projects such as Rancho Electrónico, Campechana Mental, and CoaaTV. She is also a cooperativist and cooker in Cocoveg (Cooperativa de cocina vegana).
In the session we will reflect about strategies to facilitate digital security workshops based on three principles:
During the session we will share our strategies and the development of two traditional board games that we have created collectively.
TransHackfeminist Board Games is a project of what seems relevant to discuss about technology from the transhackfeminism. In Serpientes y escaleras we reflect on everyday practices that put at risk or reinforce our security or that of our data on the Internet. Along the way they visit and get to know self-managed projects, ideas and practices that help to build networks of mutual support and solidarity.
The workshop will run Sunday, October 20, 2019, from 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Tickets are available here.
