Participate!

Submissions are due by Tuesday July 31, 2018 at 11:59pm, in whatever timezone you're in. To submit your talk, panel, artwork, performance, or workshop, follow the instructions below for adding your proposal to our GitLab repository. Alternatively, you can also email us your proposal to: proposals (at) radicalnetworks (dot) org.

Accepted proposals will be notified by August 15th, 2018.

What we will provide participants

Participants will receive a stipend and entry to the conference for themselves and a +1, including food and drinks (excluding the bar). The stipend will vary depending on ticket sales, but will be at least 100€.

Travel and accommodation is not provided for unless we are able to secure sponsorships or make enough from ticket sales. All of the proceeds from ticket sales goes to conference participants and production costs. We are happy to provide an official invitation letter if needed for obtaining funds on your behalf.

How to submit a GitLab proposal

• Create a free GitLab account on our server.
• Add your details to the proposal template.
• Click 'Submit issue' and you are all set!
• Wait for us to get back to you by August 15th, 2018.

How to submit a proposal by email

• Copy the contents of the proposal template with your details added into an email to proposals (at) radicalnetworks (dot) org
• Wait for us to get back to you by August 15th, 2018.
