<h3>Participate!</h3>

<p>Submissions are <strong>due by July 9, 2019 at 11:59pm,</strong> in whatever timezone you're in.</p>

<p><h4 class="note">Please note that late submissions will not be considered!</h4></p>

<p>To submit a proposal, follow the instructions below for adding your proposal to our <a href="https://git.radicalnetworks.org/chootka/radical-networks/" target="_blank">GitLab repository</a>. Alternatively, you can also email your proposal to: proposals (at) radicalnetworks (dot) org. Our public key can be found <a href="{{ base }}/proposals-pub-key.asc" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>

<p>Accepted proposals will be <strong>notified by August 1st, 2019.</strong></p>

<h3>What we provide participants</h3>

<p>Participants will receive a stipend and entry to the conference for themselves and a +1, including food and drinks (excluding the bar). The stipend will vary depending on ticket sales, but will be at least $150 per person. Please note that in groups of two more more people, the most we can provide total is $300 for the group.</p>

<p>Travel and accommodation is not provided for unless we are able to secure additional sponsorships. All of the proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships go to conference participants and towards production costs. If we accept your proposal and lack of travel support is a barrier to participating, let us know and we will try our best to work something out. We are also happy to provide an official invitation letter if needed for obtaining funds on your behalf.</p>

<h3>How to submit a GitLab proposal</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Create an account on our <a href="https://git.radicalnetworks.org/users/sign_in#register-pane" target="_blank">GitLab instance</a>.</li>
	<li>Add your proposal as an <a href="https://git.radicalnetworks.org/chootka/radical-networks/issues/new?issuable_template=Proposal" target="_blank">issue</a> to our repo. The issue will be pre-filled with our proposal template. <h4 class="note">Please Note: Proposals which don't follow the template may not be considered.</h4></li>
	<li>Click 'Submit issue' and you are all set!</li>
	<li>Wait for us to get back to you by <strong>August 1st, 2019</strong>.</li>

<h3>How to submit a proposal by email</h3>
