  9. connection is being compromised. The recent accessibility of 
  10. networking technology through devices such as the Raspberry Pi 
  11. and software such as BATMAN Adv has made it affordable and possible
  12. for everyday citizens to learn how to design their own web servers
  13. and networks.</p>
